Our vineyards are developed in a particularly suitable area, mainly hilly on an area of over 500 hectares. The vines of production are mainly indigenous and are: Montepulciano, Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, Pecorino, Cococciola and Passerina.
Grapes: Trebbiano.
Aging: in stainless steel tanks.
Color: pale straw yellow, with greenish reflections.
Smell: fresh and pleasantly fruity, hints of pear and apple that blend well with floral notes.
Taste: harmonious, delicate and savory. Persistent on the palate.
Alcoholic content: 12,0% Vol.
Serving temperature: 12/14 ° C.
Pairings: it goes well with all fish-based dishes, light first courses, white meats and cheeses, both fresh and slightly seasoned (4-12 months). Excellent as an aperitif.
