Our vineyards are developed in a particularly suitable area, mainly hilly on an area of over 500 hectares. The production vines are mainly native and are: Montepulciano, Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, Pecorino, Cococciola and Passerina. They are flanked by some international vines, such as: Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Grigio.
Grapes: Trebbiano.
Refinement: in stainless steel tanks.
Colour: light straw yellow, with greenish reflections.
Smell: fresh and pleasantly fruity, hints of pear and apple that blend well with floral notes.
Taste: harmonic, delicate and savory. Persistent on the palate.
Alcohol content: 12.0% Vol.
Serving temperature: 12/14 °C.
Pairings: it goes well with all fish-based dishes, light first courses, white meats and both fresh and slightly aged cheeses (4 -12 months). Excellent as an aperitif.
