Obtained from a selection of aromatic and non-typical white berried grapes of the Mogorese area: a white with intense and elegant scents and aromas, with a pleasant structure and softness, similar in some ways to the Aromatic of the Su 'Entu winery.

Description

T'Amo sparkles in the glass with a beautiful yellow tending towards gold but still embellished with greenish nuances, a sign of freshness. The nose offers clear and intense sensations of white and yellow flowers such as roses, linden and broom, of fragrant fruit such as yellow peach, pineapple and papaya, citrus notes, aromatic sensations typical of the grapes of origin and memories of aromatic herbs and sage. In the mouth T'Amo is intense and persistent, full in taste, round in softness, characterized by good freshness and pleasant sapidity. T'Amo Cuvée is a perfect aperitif wine, perhaps to be combined with small salmon-based finger-food. At the table, he knows how to give his best with oriental cuisine.

CLASSIFICATION Nuragus di Cagliari DOC GRAPES Nuragus 100% T'AMO is a declaration of love for our land and our traditions. THE NURAGUS Nuragus is an ancient Sardinian variety which, together with the Cannonau vine, represents the history and tradition of Sardinian viticulture. Production is concentrated in the province of Cagliari and Oristano (98.5%). Its maturation is late, especially in temperate zones. It is a very vigorous vine. The large bunch, tight and often winged, has large and pulpy berries. The peel, when ripe, shows an evident intense yellow colour. It does not have particular soil and climatic requirements and adapts well to the various cultivation areas. It is grown in expanded espalier forms. It reaches maturity in the second ten days of September; in some cases the harvest is anticipated for the production of fresh and sparkling wines. TASTING NOTES Straw yellow with greenish reflections, it has delicate aromas of green apple, melon, pear and hazelnut. The taste is characterized by a soft attack and a pleasant acidity that gives freshness. Alcohol content: 12.50% vol. Serving temperature: 8-10° C. DRINKS WELL WITH… Much appreciated as an aperitif and is particularly suitable for vegetable and fish first courses cooked in a simple way (in a salt crust, roasted).
