TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot and spurred cordon. HARVEST PERIOD: First half of October. VINIFICATION: The grapes undergo a short maceration on the skins before pressing. The alcoholic fermentation takes place entirely in stainless steel barrels at a controlled temperature of 18°C. AGING: In stainless steel for 3 months and in the bottle for at least 3 months. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% vol. PRODUCTION: 6,000 bottles. SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10°C. COLOUR: Bright those with golden reflections. NOSE: Intense bouquet that leads to the herbaceous scents of Trebbiano and very ripe yellow fruits, the peach stands out in particular. TASTE: Soft in the mouth it gives a pleasant sensation of warmth given by the good alcohol content rightly balanced by acidity and minerality.
