Colour: straw yellow with green veins. Bouquet: vibrant green apple that gives it body. The freshness of the pear, elegant mineral nuances of white flowers and almond. Palate: a touch of tropical fruits is added to the green apple and pear which express themselves in harmony with the sapidity and white flowers, persistent on the palate like an orchestra playing in harmony, where each instrument expresses itself clearly.
The harvest of our grapes is done manually, with a rigorous and careful selection of the best grapes; the vinification process is carried out in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the entire aromatic heritage of our wine.
The southern exposure of our vineyards, embraced by the breeze of the splendid Adriatic Sea, strongly characterizes our pecorino, which is thus expressed in all its richness and flavour.
