Blend between two grape varieties of global importance. Chardonnay, grown in all climatic conditions and in all areas, on clayey-limestone soils and in a temperate, warm and windy climate, ensures great results thanks to its excellent adaptability. Sauvignon Blanc, whose name derives from "wild plant", prefers dry soils rich in substances. It shows good wind tolerance adapting very well to the Salento climate.
Denomination: Salice Salentino DOP Bianco Colour: Light straw yellow with light green-gold reflections. Perfume: Elegant aromas, light herbaceous and fresh fruit scents. Taste: Dry, soft, medium bodied. It has a round taste, a pleasant acidity, a fruity and almondy finish, a good persistence. Pairing: Structured wine, it should be paired with white meats, cured meats, fish-based dishes and fresh cheeses. Format: 750ml
