Born from Fiano Minutolo grapes, an ancient Apulian vine rediscovered. With yellow, greenish tones, it is characterized by the floral aroma of the vine, with hints of orange blossoms and wild flowers and with notes of citrus fruits and wild herbs. On the palate it has a fresh acidity and highlights a return of citrus aromas with a mineral finish.Pairings Ideal with seafood and land appetizers. Particularly suitable with shellfish, seafood and fish-based dishes.
