In the Cellar The white vinification involves 12 months of aging in old exhausted French oak barriques followed by 6 months of stabilization in steel. Final alcohol content 12.5% Tasting The color is a beautiful intense straw yellow. Kante's Malvasia is sea and iodine. Direct and intense on the nose with its distinctive fresh and elegant notes, chamomile, broom, linden, acacia honey. Enveloping and full-bodied, the calcareous identity stands out on the palate, the delicately almond finish is long and persistent. Perfect balance of acidity and minerality united by the salty note.
