The Lunghéra vineyards are located at the gates of the village of Ortovero. The sunny and climatically privileged position of the land means that the Vermentino stands out for its great organoleptic qualities. They give us bunches of gold and amber grains that ripen in the warm sun and are affected by the sea breezes that the rugged mountains that rise over the Ligurian Sea convey into the narrow and winding Arroscia valley. Characteristics Dry white wine. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose it has an elegant aroma of fresh fruit among which apricot, apple and white peach stand out accompanied, in the background, by sage, broom and the scents of the Mediterranean scrub. The taste is dry but at the same time soft, very fruity, fresh, with great structure and persistence and with clear references to olfactory perception. On the aftertaste a green aroma of herbs and shrubs typical of western Liguria. How to serve and store It is served at a temperature of 12°C, in goblet glasses with tall stems. It must be kept lying down in the lowest compartments of the cellar at a constant temperature between 10 and 14°C.
