Organoleptic characteristics It is a wine with a deep yellow color with golden reflections. The smell is reminiscent of apricot and broom flowers, with hints of exotic fruit. The taste is soft, dense and characterized by an important aromatic persistence of dried apricot, raisins and candied fruit.
Pairings Perfect with all seafood dishes, even elaborate ones, based on fish and shellfish such as a rich "Fresh fish soup", or a "Spaghetto alla Colatura di Alici di Cetara". It lends itself well to combination with seasoned and blue cheeses; Balanced in combination with the “Provolone del Monaco DOP and Pera Pennata jam”. Divine if tasted as a meditation wine.
