Gewürztraminer Grape variety: Alto Adige Gewürztraminer DOC Origin: Italy It is an aromatic variety that has its origins in South Tyrol. Its exclusive and unmistakable aroma owes it to the warm and sunny soils. It is a golden yellow wine with typical aromas reminiscent of rose petals, nutmeg spices and cloves. Training system: Guyot Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aging for 5 - 7 months on the fine lees, without malolactic fermentation Recommended pairings: aperitifs, Asian dishes, sushi, shellfish, desserts and cheeses Serving temperature: 8° - 10°C Alcohol content: 14% Information for allergy sufferers: Contains sulphites
