IGT white wine from the Mantuan hills Alto Mincio This wine is obtained from Sauvignon Blanc grapes with a light golden yellow colour, a delicate, aromatic, characteristic bouquet, a dry, velvety, full-bodied flavour. Crestal Ancient denomination referring to crystal and its faculties (semi-precious stone) of brightness, transparency, hardness, preciousness. It was also believed to have properties in order to heal certain diseases. Recommended with fish dishes. Alcohol content: 13.50% Serving temperature: 10°C
