Sparkling white wine IGT from the hills of Mantua Alto Mincio It is a sparkling wine obtained from Pinot Noir grapes refermented for a prolonged period in an autoclave using the Charmat method. Characterized by a light greenish-yellow colour, a delicate, fruity aroma and a savory, soft flavour. Voltese is the name of the inhabitant of Volta Mantovana. To remain tied to the origins and traditions of the family, it was decided to use this name for this wine which demonstrates continuity in the history of the cellar. Suitable for fish dishes, aperitifs and throughout the meal.
