Description: The private Cuvée of the Pacherhof Estate captivates with light yellow nuances with green highlights. A special feature is the complex bouquet reminiscent of stone fruit, cucumber and elderflower. On the palate, this white wine is very juicy, mineral and characterized by a lively acidity. The private cuvée is intense and compact, but very balanced. Grapes: 20% Riesling, 35% Grüner Veltliner, 45% Sauvignon - Alto Adige IGT Vineyards of the Dolomites. Area: Novacella in the Isarco Valley. Vineyards on 600 - 950m. slm Vinification: The fermentation of Riesling takes place in steel barrels. The fermentation of the Veltliner and the Sauvignon takes place in large wooden barrels. After 8 months of individual development in the fermentation barrel, the individual grapes are blended and bottled as a cuvée. Pairing: Ideal companion of Mediterranean cuisine. Service temperature: 10 - 12°C. Possible ageing: over 10 years.
