Description The Meirana di Broglia is the most important and representative product of the company's production, a gavi among the most classic and appreciated in the world. La Meirana is not just the name of a wine, it is the main Estate of the Cellar. We don't have many wines from the Four Provinces, but a truly remarkable one is Zangani's Colli di Luni, fragrant and soft, a great aperitif wine. The Cortese grape from the Municipality of Gavi in Piedmont for La Meirana 2020 is vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. It ferments for about ten days at a low temperature to keep all the freshest and fruity scents intact and full. Tasting notes The Broglia La Meirana in the glass expresses all its power and freshness, presenting itself as a golden straw yellow with greenish splashes on the crown. The nose is fresh and fruity, drunk very young it gives beautiful sensations of white flowers. Definitely dry, but well balanced sip, slight acidity and long and almondy finish. A real piece of bottled Gavi, more than typical. Matching The Meirana di Broglia while still young is excellent in combination with white fish, to try with fried fish or white meat. A wine for light and delicate dishes.
