OROROSSO derives from the expression used in the Cembra Valley to refer to the porphyry of volcanic origin present on the slopes of the valley. OROROSSO Brut is a Classic Method sparkling wine produced with fine Chardonnay grapes grown on the steep slopes of the Cembra Valley at altitudes above 550 m slm level The high altitudes, favorable exposure to the sun and the strong temperature difference between day and night typical of the territory favor the evolution of the characteristic acidity of these areas and of the best mountain bubbles.
