Franciacorta Green Vegan is aimed at an attentive, evolved and sensitive consumer who does not give up on the constant search for quality and innovation. Obtained from Chardonnay, Pinot bianco and Pinot nero grapes grown and harvested in our vineyards, it is aged for 40 months in the bottle in contact with the lees.It is suitable as an aperitif but also to accompany delicate dishes of the vegan tradition. Serve at 8°C. It goes perfectly with a vegan carbonara, smoked almond cheeses and grilled wheat muscle.Product certification n° 40343 complies with DTP 107 standard “Vegetarian quality”
