In Trentino-Adige Müller-Thurgau proves to be a true mountaineer. In the high altitudes of the Solander family cellar, near the Dolomites, the variety develops a unique, spicy and mineral bouquet. “At the PROWEIN international wine fair in March 2023, I blindly poured my critical Müller-Thurgau Sommerliers. They consider the spicy and aromatic wine as a first-class Sauvignon blanc”, says the owner of the Solander winery, Paolo Flessati, not without pride.
