The grapes are harvested by hand in small containers, destemmed, crushed and cold macerated for 12 hours, then soft pressing takes place. The must is clarified, then fermented 90% in stainless steel tanks and 10% in French oak barriques at a temperature of 16-18°C. The aging on the noble lees takes place for 6 months and then the wine is blended. The wine matures in the bottle for at least 6 months.
