Bianco Anfora di Lammidia is a fresh mineral white wine obtained from Trebbiano grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are manually destemmed and left to ferment spontaneously in an amphora in contact with the skins immersed in the must (submerged cap) for 3 weeks! Subsequently the wine refines together with the fine lees for a further 10 months.
