Nosiola is the only native white grape variety and in the Avisiane Hills it manages to give its best. Especially in the marly soils of Pressano, a historic production area, this vine takes on singular characteristics of aroma and structure.
The close link with the hazelnut is found both in the curious assonance with the term in Trentino dialect (nosèla), and in the scent and slightly almondy taste characteristic of this variety.Pale straw yellow in color with pastel green reflections, it stands out for its delicate floral scents of rose petals, litchi and jasmine and a curious note of hazelnuts. The sip is full, persistent and with a fine and balanced acidity.
