“Le Selezioni” are the result of the zoning project that has guided the winery's production philosophy for over 30 years. Selected areas, suitable vineyards and productive excellence temper unique wines capable of expressing the best interpretation of the Avisiane Hills.
This Gewürztraminer represents the best expression of the classic areas for this vine. Golden straw in colour, the nose is delicately aromatic with hints of dog rose and citrus aromas of cedar and lime. Ginger in the background. Full and lively flavour, with yellow flowers and acacia honey to outline an elegant and well-complex tasting phase. Tense and persistent finish, balanced by excellent acidity.
