Hilly position above 400 meters above sea level with South-East, South and South-West exposure with rows of giropoggio and straddles cultivated manually. This is followed by stabilization and cold bottling which takes place in heavy Borgognotte bottles. The label is taken from a vintage ticket existing in the company. Organoleptic Characteristics: Straw yellow color with golden reflections; fine and persistent perlage. Intense and characteristic aroma with fruity hints, sage, flowers and honey. Sweet, fresh, intensely aromatic taste with the right vein of acidity. Food Pairings: To be drunk very cold at 8 - 10°C in tulip glasses. It goes perfectly with desserts, fruit, pastry, ice cream and leavened desserts but also with cold cuts.
