Ribolla Gialla Friuli Colli Orientali DOC 2023 - Perusini

Produced with 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes, a native Friulian vine. The vinification takes place in steel at a controlled temperature, followed by six months of aging on the fine lees. Characteristics of this white wine from the Perusini winery. The eye appears bright straw yellow with golden reflections. The scent is fruity with notes of pear and yeast. On the palate it is sapid and complex with a long saline persistence. Recommended pairings while tasting this wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia Serve in medium-sized glasses at a temperature of 10-12°C. It is excellent as an aperitif and to be combined with fish appetizers, white and delicate fish, oysters and seafood.
