Breganze Vespaiolo DOC 2023 - Maculan

Breganze Vespaiolo DOC is a high quality white wine proposed by the Venetian winery Maculan , a production company that has been engaged in the selection and vinification of terroir grapes for three generations. This praiseworthy wine takes shape from the happy combination of various natural factors and the highest respect for traditional local enology. The label is the result of the vinification of Vespaiola grapes in purity, the result of vines grown on a hilly soil of volcanic origin rich in silt. The vineyards, from which the fruits come, enjoy the beneficial influences of a mild climate. Breganze Vespaiolo DOC is the result of a careful harvest, at the end of which the grapes are transferred to the cellar where they first undergo a cold maceration process, then a soft pressing. Finally, the wine is aged in steel tanks for four months. The finished product is a particularly fresh white, with a full and fresh sip. An aromatic label, for a very pleasant wine with good persistence.
