Ferrata Sauvignon Veneto IGT 2021 - Maculan

Ferrata Sauvignon IGT is a semi-aromatic still white wine produced 100% from Sauvignon grapes. Result of more than ten years of experience, the care and passion of the Maculan winery for winemaking and the territory, this white wine comes from the Ferrata area in Breganze. The preparation is particular: it is cold macerated for two days and soft pressed in hyper-reduction. It is then aged for six months in steel tanks. Recipient of several awards and recognitions, including two glasses of Gambero Rosso and four bunches of Bibenda, Ferrata Sauvignon IGT from Maculan winery is a dry white wine with good balance. Of excellent persistence, it is endowed with hints of fruit so as to be considered a semi-aromatic wine. This white is a long-lived wine, it can be tasted up to ten years after the year of production. Preserved, if not enhanced, the characteristics and denotations result even after many years.
