For this highly prestigious label, the Cesarini Sforza house produces 100% pure Chardonnay grapes. The origin of the grapes falls on the hills of the Controlled Designation of Origin of Trentino. For winemaking, after manual harvesting in the first ten days of September, the whole grapes are softly pressed, the musts are static decanted and temperature-controlled fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks, with aging on the lees for approximately 6 months.
