In 1895, Federico Martinotti patented his method for the second fermentation of a sparkling wine in a closed container. Our Abruzzo Spumante Rosé Brut is born today from fermentation in autoclave, which enhances its fruity and floral notes.

Cherry pink, with a fine and quite persistent perlage. The nose expresses delicate floral aromas embellished with fresh and fragrant hints of small red fruits. On the palate it is delicate, soft and balanced, with a pleasant freshness. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with small samples of cold cuts and cheeses.
