Aperol è l'aperitivo perfetto. Di colore arancio vivace, ha un gusto dolce-amaro inconfondibile, grazie ad una ricetta segretissima e mai variata, che prevede infusioni di pregiate materie prime, erbe e radici in perfetta armonia. Altro punto di forza la sua leggerezza alcolica, solo 11 gradi.

Si tratta di un bitter ottenuto dall'infusione di erbe amaricanti, piante aromatiche e frutta in una miscela di alcool e acqua, dall'aroma intenso e dal colore rosso rubino.

Color ambra scuro, regala al naso un avvolgente ed intenso aroma di caffè appena fatto, avvolto da leggere sensazioni alcoliche. Al palato è caldo e delicatamente dolce, morbido e con lunghissima persistenza di caffè appena fatto. Volume alcolometrico: 25%

Metodo: London Dry (ottenuto da alcol etilico di origine agricola con un tenore massimo di metanolo di 5 g/hl di alcol al 100%, l'aroma è dovuto alla ridistillazione di alcol etilico in alambicchi tradizionali). Volume alcolometrico: 40% Paese di provenienza: Inghilterra Il processo di produzione prevede una tripla distillazione tramite tre alambicchi in rame "Carter Head": a differenza del metodo standard, che prevede l'infusione dei botanicals, gli alambicchi Carter Head hanno i botanicals posizionati sopra il serbatoio alcolico, in modo che i vapori passino attraverso gli ingredienti e ne catturino l'aroma. Per ridurre la gradazione alcolica il tutto viene allungato con acqua del lago Vyrnwy. Adamantino brillante, al naso esprime sentori netti di ginepro e un mix di erbe vegetali ed aromatiche di alloro, salvia e timo, insieme a sensazioni floreali di violetta e glicine.

Martini Rosso: creato con la nascita dell’azienda nel 1863, deve il suo inequivocabile colore scuro al caramello aggiunto durante la miscelazione degli ingredienti. Ha un gusto persistente che stimola i sensi ed un aroma intenso. Il gusto è piacevolmente amaro. La sua gradazione alcolica è di 14,4°.
