Produced for the first time in the 1977 vintage, it was the first pure Sangiovese vinified in our area of Radda in Chianti. The grapes come from our historic vineyards, planted between 1968 and 1999. It ages for one year in Allier barriques and one year in Slavonian oak barrels.

The Trento Spumante Rosé Extra Brut from the Maso Martis family winery is a velvety mountain wine suitable for any convivial occasion. It is made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes and aged for 36 months on its lees. The delicate rosé color and the fine and persistent perlage recall the aromas of small red berried fruit, raspberries, wild strawberries, currants and wild flowers such as violets, with hints of yeast emerging on the finish. The sip is fresh, mineral, refined, elegant, with a long and balanced finish.

Giulia Negri 's Tartufaia is an elegant and full-bodied red wine produced from Pinot Noir grapes, aged for about 12 months in barrique: the apotheosis of Pinot Noir in the Langhe. It has an aromatic profile that at times recalls Burgundy, with elegant notes of red fruits, flowers and leather. The sip is enveloping, soft and complex, with great character and long persistence.

Giulia Negri 's "Pian delle Mole" is an intense red wine that gives a bouquet full of aromas ranging from red fruits when young, but which also lends itself to aging, then tending towards more tertiary aromas such as spice and coffee . On the palate it is warm, soft and persistent.

Il Blanc de Blancs Alta Langa esprime con elegante finezza e persistenza lo chardonnay, le dolci e fresche note floreali di margherite di campo accompagnano pesca a polpa bianca, pompelmo e ananas aromatizzandosi ai sentori minerali addolciti dalle note di miele.

100% Pinot Nero. Uve selezionate in vigna e raccolte a mano in piccole cassette. Grappoli provenienti esclusivamente dai vigneti aziendali di Colombo, a Bubbio, in provincia di Asti.

A mio avviso, sono tre i migliori blanc de blancs al mondo: Krug Clos du Mesnil (Krug), Comtes de Champagne (Taittinger) e Fleur de Passion (Diebolt-Vallois). A questi si deve aggiungere il Substance di Selosse, ma è uno champagne che va oltre la categoria stessa dei blanc de blancs, un’esperienza quasi cerebrale che trascende le classificazioni.
