Il Pecorino "Réve di Villa Angela" è un vino bianco dal sorso avvolgente, fresco e sapido che nasce sui suoli sabbiosi di Offida. Il ventaglio olfattivo verte su toni erbacei, fruttati e floreali con leggere sensazioni vaniglia. Il sapore è avvolgente e rotondo, dotato di una intensa e pregevole freschezza marina

Giallo paglierino intenso e lucente. Bouquet complesso, elegante e armonico, con sentori di frutta esotica e agrumi. Floreale di biancospino, fiori d’acacia, gelsomino e sentori di erbe aromatiche. Una grande freschezza esalta le caratteristiche degli aromi varietali. Acidità, freschezza e morbidezza convivono in un sorso appagante lungo ed elegante.

Pezzo Morgana si presenta in un colore rosso rubino intenso con riflessi violacei e profumo ampio e persistente; note di prugna secca e confettura di ciliegie, sensazioni di caramello e pepe che rafforzano un naso molto interessante indicando un corpo deciso; al palato è ampio e caldo, con ricordi di frutta polposa; ha un finale molto lungo con sentori di uva passa e mandorle.

La struttura si trova sulla penisola salentina, il tacco dello stivale italiano. La storia risale al XIX secolo. I fondatori erano già ambiziosi e volevano creare un modello da vetrina per la viticoltura nel sud Italia all'epoca. Questo spirito si sente ancora oggi. Nel 2008, la famiglia Falvo ha rilevato la cantina di 80 ettari e da allora si dedica con passione alle varietà autoctone. I vini hanno un carattere espressivo, sono decisi, ma affascinanti e mondani.

The Pinot Noir grapes used for our Marjun are grown in calcareous-clayey soils in a hilly area at 350 to 650 meters above sea level. It takes its name from a limestone debris belt overlying the vineyards (in the ancient pre-Latin Indo-European language “marra” means “debris”)

The grapes for this Schiava come from vineyards selected among the oldest of the cooperative, located in a hilly area at 300-450 meters. Pepi was born in two distinct areas, two classic wine-growing areas for Sauvignon, Penon and Pinzon, in the municipalities of Cortaccia and Montagna, on opposite sides of the valley.
