Classic Method

After a short maceration of 1-2 days on the skins, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. About 6 months after the harvest, the base wine is bottled with the addition of yeasts which trigger a second fermentation. After about 24 months the yeasts, through the "disgorgement", come out of the bottle. At this point, the Fulvio Beo Rosè sparkling wine is ready for marketing.
