From 100% Glera grapes grown in vineyards located between 200 and 300 meters above sea level. After a soft pressing, the wine ferments in steel and is left in contact with the noble lees for 5 months. The refermentation in autoclave in compliance with the Charmat method requires aging on the lees for at least 60 days before bottling. Sparkling wine with a fresh and delicate aroma, hints of ripe fruit, predominantly apple. Inviting, full, aromatic and elegant flavor with good structure. Fine and persistent perlage.

The Extra Brut version is the most characteristic expression of Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG, as it enhances to the maximum the typical peculiarities of the territory, minerality and sapidity, which are added to the freshness given by the Glera vine.

The Extra Dry version has always been the best known and most appreciated interpretation by Prosecco connoisseurs. Montelvini's Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG enhances the aroma and fruity scents typical of the precious Glera grapes, which ripen in mid-September.

The Franciacorta Extra Brut "Vittorio Moretti" from the Bellavista winery exudes history and love for one's land. It is the result of work begun in 1977, when Vittorio Moretti, a visionary entrepreneur, built a cellar next to his home in Erbusco, deciding to focus on viticulture. Years of study and research have led to today's results. The Bellavista Vittorio Moretti is a sparkling wine of the highest level, elegant and at the same time powerful, complex, a symphony of different aromas: from ripe fruit to candied citrus fruits, passing through honey and toasted dried fruit. Produced from the best harvests of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, it is vinified in steel and oak barrels, which give the wine spicy hints. The Franciacorta Extra Brut "Vittorio Moretti" is subsequently made sparkling with refermentation in the bottle according to the classic method and completes its maturation with an aging of a further seven years, achieving the unmistakable taste that has crowned it among the excellences of the sector. Ready to drink, it also lends itself to resting further in our cellars. At sight the very fine and persistent perlage embellishes the golden and brilliant tone. On the nose hints of ripe white fruit, spices, candied citrus fruits, honey and toasted dried fruit such as almonds and hazelnuts. The palate is powerful, complex, smooth, broad and creamy. TRENTO DOC EXTRA BRUT. Roeno Trentodoc was born from an ambitious project of the Roeno winery, a vintage, synonymous with style and elegance.

The vintage, as opposed to the Sansannée, indicates the single vintage from which the wine contained in the bottle comes. Always produced from a careful internal selection of the bases, produced in a specific harvest. This wine's main intention is to enhance and best tell the various peculiarities that each vintage has to express.

Vintage of an intense yellow color, it has an elegant bouquet, rich with notes of citrus and spices; on the palate it is important, fresh and complex.

Cuvée Extra Brut equal to Pinot Noir which gives structure, body and important aromas, and Chardonnay which gives finesse and elegance. The grapes come from a 3-hectare vineyard, equally divided between chardonnay and pinot noir, which is located on a morainic hill, particularly valuable for soil and exposure. Aging on the lees for no less than 30 months.
