The Trento Spumante Rosé Extra Brut from the Maso Martis family winery is a velvety mountain wine suitable for any convivial occasion. It is made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes and aged for 36 months on its lees. The delicate rosé color and the fine and persistent perlage recall the aromas of small red berried fruit, raspberries, wild strawberries, currants and wild flowers such as violets, with hints of yeast emerging on the finish. The sip is fresh, mineral, refined, elegant, with a long and balanced finish.

The taste is of great citrus vivacity of bergamot with a dynamic made engaging by a clear sapidity supported by the Extra Brut dosage, which enhances the delicate and aristocratic style of this Franciacorta.

The Prosecco Extra Brut cuvée 3 Borghi from the Bortoluz winery comes from 100% Glera grapes grown on the hills of the municipality of Valdobbiadene at a height that varies between 200 and 400 meters above sea level. This prosecco is called 3 Borghi because the vineyards are located in three different villages in the municipality of Valdobbiadene.

Valdobbiadene DOCG Superiore Extra Brut "Rive di Guia" Marsuret is an elegant and aromatic Prosecco. It has a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. Delicate notes of apple and white fruit are perceived on the nose. The palate is inviting and well structured. Sparkling wine in an autoclave with the Martinotti Method process.

After a soft pressing, the wine ferments in steel and is left in contact with the noble lees for 5 months. The refermentation in autoclave in compliance with the Charmat method requires aging on the lees for at least 60 days before bottling. Sparkling wine with a fresh and delicate aroma, hints of ripe fruit, predominantly apple. Inviting, full, aromatic and elegant flavor with good structure. Fine and persistent perlage.
