Oils of Abruzzo

It comes from the mists of time, always produced in our area: lemon oil, grinding olives and lemons together ... we think it was produced in the past to clean the oil plants at the end of the campaign, then it became clear that it is really good . Oil and Oranges… the appetite comes with eating and from lemons we have passed to oranges thanks to our coast rich in lemons and oranges that coexist with olive trees.

It is our base oil, suitable for all uses. With a slightly ripe, warm, reassuring and sunny flavor, while maintaining a hint of bitter and spicy. It makes us think of Ginestre, in the sun, on a sandstone hill wall overlooking the sea.

It is our most important oil, born from the desire to create an oil with a strong character and personality. Living by the sea, the tasting of this oil reminds us of the character of the "rough" sea with the sour smell of SALSEDINE pushed by the winds.

Agriverde 's Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from two different varieties of olives, Leccino and Gentile, typical of Abruzzo. Leccino comes from a strong tree, which easily adapts to the different climatic conditions in which it grows. Gentile is a high quality variety that can only be found in the Chieti areas. The origin of Olive Oil with Lemons is due to the habit of cleaning the millstones with lemon peels, giving the oil a unique smell and flavor.
