Edoardo Speranza 's Mosto Cotto has a characteristic dark purplish color and a very sweet flavour. It has a good density: in fact, it drips like oil. Traditionally the grape used is that of the Montepulciano vine.
The Speranza Edoardo Farm is located in the mid-hills of Pescara, about 200 meters above sea level, set between the Gran Sasso and the Maiella, in the territory of the municipality of Rosciano in the province of Pescara. For over four generations he has been "making" wine for himself and for his friends. A tradition made of passion, hard work and good wine. The farm has an extension of 8 hectares of which 5 are vineyards and family-run
