HKB Hong-Kong Baijiu - Francoli

Baijiu literally means "white spirit" and is a traditional Chinese liquor. Just as Hong Kong is a point of contact with China, HKB is a point of contact with baijiu. Baijiu is the most consumed distillate in the world, but no westerner knows it. The result is a modern baijiu, perfect for mixing, excellent in classic or more innovative cocktails. The nose is delicate with notes of red fruits, green apple and meadow herbs. The taste is sweet, attractive, with subtle fruit notes. The finish is long and fragrant. This distillate was born in southern China, more precisely in the provinces of Sichuan and Guizhou. These areas are in fact ideal for the production of Baijiu as they have a mild climate throughout the year and the land is very fertile thanks to the natural springs from the nearby mountains.
