From an ancient recipe born from Ermanno Paesani's passion for mixing herbs and roots, the two types of Fernet from the Paesani Liqueur Factory are born: Fernet Paesani and Fernet Menta Paesani. Bitter liqueur composed of carefully chosen herbs, spices and roots and left to infuse for approximately 60 days. This slow process allows us to extrapolate the main taste-olfactory characteristics that make it UNIQUE. Cold maceration in alcohol. Alcohol content: 40% vol.
