METHOD OF PRODUCTION
It is obtained by steam distillation, with the classic system of double distillation of the fragrant pomace of Brunello di Montalcino. These marcs maintain all the characteristics of the wine from which they come, and having been subjected to long maceration they are rich in alcohol and aromas.
