Marina Palusci 's “Alchimia” extra virgin olive oil is a monovarietal oil of the Leccio del Corno cultivar which merges the two territories of which it is a typicality, namely Abruzzo and Tuscany. A medium fruity oil that stands out for its delicacy, floral bouquet and silkiness on the palate, perfect for pairing with seafood dishes.
