Olio Extra Vergine Oliva DOP - Faraone

Variety: Leccino, Dritta, Maurino, Pendolino, Tortiglione Notes: In recent years we have once again taken care of our olive grove, which has about 350 olive trees, located next to our company. Since the 2019 harvest, 450 500ml bottles have been produced. The oil obtained is cold extracted, only by mechanical means. Characteristics: Light herbaceous fruity, slightly bitter and medium spicy, almond aftertaste, harmonious. Pairings: T his delicacy goes well with fish dishes, with a meat tartare, or much more simply on a hot bruschetta.
