Olio Extravergine di Oliva Monovarietale Dritta Biologico - Delia Orsini
Delia Orsini extra virgin olive oil was obtained from olives harvested in the first days of October and immediately processed in the mill. It is characterized by intense fruity aromas. Available in bottles in various formats.
The single variety organic extra virgin olive oil "Dritta" Delia Orsini is produced exclusively with olives at the right degree of ripeness and carefully selected during the harvesting phase in the olive grove owned by my farm, which bears the same name as my oil. The land in which the olive grove is present has been in possession of organic certification since 2012, without recording any suspension period. The cultivated olive is the “dritta”, an ancient autochthonous variety of the Aprutino-Pescara area, from which I obtain an organic monovarietal oil that is characterized by its hints of almond and artichoke, as well as by a high wealth of polyphenols. I keep the oil inside specific tanks, which are located in dedicated rooms of my farm, and which avoid contact with the air and therefore its oxidation. Based on requests, I pack my organic oil in dark glass bottles of 250, 500 and 750 ml, all with anti-topping cap that make it extremely easy to season the dishes on the table. The smaller format is ideal for those who want to always have it with them to season their dishes, during lunch breaks away from home or on picnics. The intermediate format allows you to combine practicality of use with availability on any occasion, while the larger format is ideal for those who love comfort and want to always have it at hand to season their dishes or to take it every day to table.
