Olio Extravergine di Oliva Della Fratta - Maculan

Maculan , in Breganze, wine and extra virgin olive oil. Frantoio and Leccino are the cultivars of the company's olive grove. Hand-picked olives at veraison and pitted, oil extracted in the company mill with a continuous cycle system. Two selections of extra virgin olive oil produced: Olio della Costa and Olio della Fratta. L'Olio della Costa is yellow in color with green reflections; on the nose the herbaceous notes are clear, in the mouth it is elegant, lively in the run-up between sweet and spicy, on a solid base of dried fruit.
