Obtained from the soft pressing of grapes Chardonnay from vineyards located in the area foothills. Vinification takes place in steel tanks. Permanence on the lees for a minimum of 24 months.Franciacorta Brut expresses personality of the company. Fresh, played on a balanced persistence which refers to dried fruit and citrus fruits.
It is obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested by hand and placed in boxes. Upon arrival in the cellar, soft pressing of the whole grape with pneumatica.Illimpidimento press. Clarification of the must with enzymes. Fermentation is started with the addition of selected yeasts. The fermentation temperature does not exceed 19C°. The tirage is carried out in spring with the addition of refined cane sugar and yeasts (Saccaromyces Cerevisie). Minimum stay on the lees for 24 months. TYPE: Franciacorta Brut Docg.
