BOUQUET Fruity bouquet with a wide variety of black fruits, ripe blackberries, blueberries and enveloping notes of morello cherries.
PAIRING Cold cuts and aged cheeses, first courses with meat sauces. Particularly suitable for grilled red meats, stews in general and game.
TASTE The palate confirms the intense aromas of ripe black fruit. Clear, clean and with well blended tannins. Round, voluptuous, good persistence. Decant to express yourself at your best.
NOTES Opulent, rich and intense, it has an incredible persistence and a long potential: a great Supertuscan.
AGING 12 months of aging in Allier tonneaux (second and third passage). Rest in dark glass, Magnum format only, for at least 1 year.
