Sugar residue: 8-10 g/l Description: Brilliant straw yellow wine with some greenish reflections. From the perlage lively, it has aromas of good intensity with floral hints of acacia flowers and fruity of yellow apple. The taste is fresh and on the palate it is pleasant and harmonious. Pairings: Indicated as an aperitif, with hors d'oeuvres generally, and light vegetable first courses. Service temperature: 6-7°C
