VINIFICATION Vinification without stalks in steel tanks with fermentation temperature control. Maceration on the skins for 15-16 days with completed malolactic fermentation
COLOR Intense ruby red color with violet reflections.
BOUQUET The nose recalls notes of blackcurrant, mulberry, dry pepper, licorice and fresh vanilla.
PAIRINGS Perfect with rustic meat and game dishes
TASTE Full and rich on the palate, supported by a nice acidity and an elegant but never intrusive tannicity; a wine with a typically Friulian personality and character in its pleasant drink
AGING After racking, after a short decanting stop (48 hours), the aging begins in 30 hl non-thermo-conditioned oak barrels for 10 months before bottling
