ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Wine of an intense color with purplish hues. On the nose, the sensations of cherry blend with spicy ones. The taste is enveloping and intense with full but silky tannins. GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS Pappardelle with meat sauce or other meat sauces, stuffed pasta, steaks and grilled red meats but also cured meats and well-aged cheeses.
Rosso Riserva Alfabeto is the result of the characteristic blend of Sangiovese and Aglianico and of a long aging that allows it to take on a deeply territorial character and a fine and long-lived soul. Excellent to accompany traditional Mediterranean dishes.
