Ca'de'Rocchi is an internationally defined line of Tinazzi . 100% Venetian wines, however, made to be drunk, and understood, really by everyone. Even by those who approach these products for the first time. Specifically we are talking about a Valpolicella DOP, produced with the classic blend of native Veronese grapes. The base is 80% Corvina, to which is added Rondinella, 15%, and Molinara for the remaining 5%. The vinification is traditional in red, with a maceration of the skins that lasts for over a week and a rigorous temperature control throughout the fermentation phase.
