Taste: full-bodied and round, with a notable charge and soft tannins, with a persistent and pleasant finish.
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
Serving temperature: 18/20 ° C.
Pairings: first courses based on succulent sauces, legume soups, roasts and grilled meats. Excellent with medium-long-aged cheeses.
